Welcome to OleeSend, a service provided by DS Softwares LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using our software-as-a-service application ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

OleeSend allows business owners to request feedback from their customers via email or WhatsApp. After collecting feedback, the app redirects users to public review sites like Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor, as chosen by the business owner. Additionally, OleeSend provides analytics tools for business owners to analyze the feedback collected.

As a marketing tool, users must comply with all applicable marketing laws and regulations and must not engage in spamming or other abusive practices.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Users must register an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities conducted under your account.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to violating applicable marketing laws and regulations.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

  • Using the Service to send mass emails without prior consent from recipients.
  • Misleading or attempting to deceive recipients in your communications.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.2 Credit System

The Service may include a credit system, where users can purchase a set number of credits (e.g., 1000 credits for 5000 emails per month). Unused credits will expire at the end of the month, regardless of whether they have been utilized. The availability of the credit system may vary.

4.3 Free Trials

Currently, there is no free trial period. However, we may offer a free trial of up to 14 days in the future at our discretion.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided unless a free trial is available and the user cancels during that period. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscriptions.

5.1 Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data uploaded or generated during your use of the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, display, and modify your data solely to provide the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DS Softwares LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through your account dashboard or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, violations related to marketing practices and spamming. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

OleeSend may provide integrations or allow access to third-party services, APIs, or platforms (collectively, "Third-Party Services") to enhance your experience. By using these integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:
